-How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.
Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes.
-How do I cancel an order?
Our goal at TS LOVE is process and ship orders quickly. Once you have received your confirmation email, the order has already been sent for processing and cannot be adjusted or cancelled.
-What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?
We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Sometimes we are forced to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes oversold products, products listed or priced incorrectly, and orders unable to be processed for other reasons.
If you paid via PayPal, you will be issued a refund for the amount paid.
If you paid via credit/debit card, your card will not be charged.
-Can payment be split between a credit card and another form of payment?
Payments cannot be split among multiple cards or with PayPal.
-What if the price of an item changes after I purchased it?
We are not able to process price adjustments for previous purchases as prices fluctuate due to trends, stock, and consumer demand.
-What should I do if I received a damaged item?

-Taxes and duties
All prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties applicable in countries. As the consignee, you may be responsible for all import duties, customs duties and local sales taxes imposed by the country you are shipping from. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced directly to you and payment will be required to place an order with customs upon arrival. We cannot recommend this possible amount.
